How payments work
When you accept an offer, payment is authorized in the app. Funds are only captured and released to the professional once you confirm the job is complete.
Refunds & cancellations
Jobs cancelled before work begins are eligible for a full refund. If a dispute comes up after a job is complete, our support team can help review it.
Fees
Any service fees are shown clearly before you accept an offer — no hidden charges.
